*Sigh*. Today's video is a bit fragmented. Seems my "back-up" camera isn't up to the challenge. But we'll keep plugging along!

The full story here is that Little K went to "Day Care" for the first time - which is essentially "extended day Kindergarten." So - he got to have lunch at school and then hang out doing carpentry and other fun activities with his friends - including watching a magic show!

But the back story is a little more interesting. You see, in spite of his father's propensity to "leap before looking", Little K doesn't love change. Getting him to try new things can be painful if he perceives any sort of risk - and he can work himself up really quickly. Of course, once he starts something new he LOVES it and becomes the life of the party, but taking that first step can be tricky. That's why we were very surprised when he said he WANTED to go to Day Care. After checking it out, and waffling a bit, he "jumped-in" today, and had a great time. In fact, it wiped him OUT. That's why he's so mellow at the start of the episode.
