Day 13: The Highlight Reel
Everyone knows that reading is the key to academic success. By sharing our own love of reading with our kids, they loved reading long before they could actually "read." Now that our second grader is a great reader all on her own, it's fun to watch her curl up with a book and get lost in it.
Today, the latest edition of Highlights magazine arrived. Highlights is great for kids K-3. Lots of variety and fantastic, age-appropriate jokes.
