This video blog is a collaboration between two elementary students and their geeky Dad. We all live in Walnut Creek, CA, in a typical suburban neighborhood, and we do typical family activities (basketball, Club Penguin, biking, Club Penguin, swimming, Club Penguin, card games, Club Penguin, vacations, etc.)
The Dad pretends to be a leader in education technology, but he's really just a geeky guy who walks around with a camera and annoys people until they tell him to go away.
Still confused? So are we. Go here if you really want to learn more about the project. Frankly, we're kinda bored writing this thing... so we're just gonna make another video, and you can tell us what you think.
Thanks for tuning in!

Concise Description for Media Inquiries, Cross-Posting Purposes, and Anyone Dissatisfied with the Ramblings Above
The School 180 video blog is a collaboration between two young elementary students and their geeky Dad. In it's simplest form, it chronicles 180 days of the 2007-2008 school year at a suburban elementary school in Walnut Creek, CA. Along the way, we'll share thoughts & experiences from the perspective of a Kindergartener, a 2nd grader, and an educator-parent. But the video blog will also tackle some of the core issues we face in K-12 education today - sparking a larger conversation on what school and learning should look like in the 21st century. Who knows where we'll end-up on Day 180... but it sure will be fun getting there!
