Good question. Maybe, you can help me figure it out...

As a teacher-trainer-coach-technologist-media producer-entrepreneur-parent-husband I've never found the perfect way to answer that age-old question, "What do you DO?" We all do lots of things. Life's too complex and connected to pick just one definition. So, this video blog is a mixed bag of things... some personal... some professional... some randomness.

That said, School 180 DOES have a basic structure and some recurring themes. In it's simplest form, it chronicles the 180 days that my kids are in school during the 2007-2008 school year. Along the way, I'll capture their thoughts/experiences and share my own thoughts on life as the parent of Kindergartener and 2nd grader at a suburban elementary school in Walnut Creek, CA. But the video blog will also tackle head-on some of the core issues we face in education today - helping me process and share some of my thinking and sparking conversation with anyone willing to join in.

Who knows where we'll all end up on Day 180, but fasten your seat belts - it should be a wild ride.
